How has the LT PEPPER changed?

Beginning with the April 2011 release, the LT PEPPER will aggregate data statistics into three 12-month periods instead of the most recent twelve fiscal quarters. The data worksheets and graphs will reflect these changes. This will allow more LTCHs to have reportable data (11 or more numerator discharges in a time period for a target area, as per CMS data restriction requirements). In addition, the LT PEPPER will be released annually instead of quarterly.
